Job Overview
We are currently seeking experienced Owner-Operators to join our dedicated team for a route from Milton, ON to Texas. Duties
- Safely operate commercial trucks along designated routes from Milton, ON to Texas, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Conduct routine inspections of vehicles and freight to maintain safety standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, including logs, manifests, and delivery receipts.
- Follow all federal and state transportation regulations, including hours of service rules.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse personnel regarding delivery schedules and freight status.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid CDL license.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to freight handling and vehicle operation.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure on-time deliveries across long routes.
