Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Driving Instructor to join our team. This role involves guiding students through the learning process, ensuring they develop safe and confident driving skills.
The ideal candidate will possess strong English communication skills and a passion for teaching, with patience and understanding. As a Driving Instructor, you will play a vital role in helping students achieve their driving goals while maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment.
Responsibilities
⦁ Conduct driving lessons for students of varying skill levels in accordance with safety standards and curriculum guidelines
⦁ Provide clear, constructive feedback to help students improve their driving techniques
⦁ Prepare students for their driving tests by reviewing road rules and practical skills
⦁ Maintain accurate records of student progress and lesson plans
⦁ Ensure all lessons are conducted in a safe, professional manner, adhering to local traffic laws and company policies
⦁ Foster a supportive learning environment that encourages student confidence and safety
⦁ Stay updated on current driving regulations and best instructional practices
⦁ Use of vehicle for G2 and G road tests (when necessary)
Qualifications
⦁ MUST have Driving Instructor License (to teach G2, G)
⦁ Owned vehicle that you can use for driving lessons with safety brake installed (passenger side)
⦁ Prior experience as a driving instructor is highly desirable
⦁ Communication skills with clean English and the ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively
⦁ Strong interpersonal skills to build support with students of diverse backgrounds
⦁ Valid driver’s license and insurance with a clean driving record
⦁ Ability to remain patient, professional, and encouraging throughout lessons
⦁ Must meet all licensing requirements as specified by local regulatory authorities
