Position: Pool maintenance technician
We are seeking a motivated applicants with no prior experience in the pool industry needed.
As a Pool maintenance technicianr, you will:
- Provide the physical labour necessary to assist in the maintenance and service of swimming pools, spas and all other aspects of goods and services provided by Taunton Pools Ltd.
- Attend every shift with punctuality and the energy to fulfill the duties herein.
- Maintain the work environment in such a manner that it invites the customer to interact in our work environment safely and with enjoyment.
- Work with various hand and electric tools including, but not limited to, drills, vacuums, hammers, screwdrivers, tape measures, pool maintenance equipment etc.
- Be prepared for training and education on a daily basis. Learning is a continual process.
- Qualifications:
- No prior experience required – we are willing to train the right candidate
- Strong reliability and commitment to showing up on time and for every scheduled shift
- Dependable work ethic with consistent attendance
- High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Physically capable of performing manual labour in outdoor conditions
- Basic problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Respectful, professional demeanor with coworkers and customers
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
