The Role
We’re looking for a warm-hearted, dedicated Early Childhood Educators to join our team. Whether you’re already Montessori-trained or excited to learn, we’ll support you with mentorship, hands-on training, and a collaborative environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a program that values your creativity, compassion, and professionalism and where your voice truly matters.
What You Bring
- ELCC Level I, II, or III certification
- Montessori Assistant certificate or willingness to obtain one
- 3+ years of experience in early learning classrooms
- Current First Aid certification
- Up-to-date Criminal Record Check
- Strong leadership and curriculum planning skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, Monday to Friday
- Willingness to attend occasional evening meetings or parent events
- A nurturing spirit, growth mindset, and deep respect for children
