Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinarian to join our veterinary practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to a diverse range of dogs and cats, ensuring their health and well-being. Duties
- Conduct thorough examinations of animals to diagnose health issues accurately
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual animals’ needs
- Perform surgeries, vaccinations, and other medical procedures with precision and care
- Prescribe medications and monitor patient progress during recovery
- Educate pet owners on preventive care, nutrition, and health management strategies
- Maintain detailed medical records for all patients in compliance with veterinary standards
- Utilize laboratory equipment and procedures for diagnostic testing when necessary
- Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff to ensure efficient clinic operations
- Stay current with advancements in veterinary medicine through continuous education
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.
- Valid veterinary general license to practice in the state
- Must have an experience of at least 3 years
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
- Compassionate approach toward animals and their owners
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards
Pay: $65.00-$90.00 per hour
