Taylor Toyota Moose Jaw requires a Customer Service Representative.
This position is the primary contact for our customers. Professionalism, positive attitude, courtesy, and empathy are required to help them through the stressful time of having their vehicle repaired after an accident. Knowledge of insurance procedures and auto body policies is an asset.
We are looking for a focused individual who takes pride in their attention to detail, is organized and is prepared to create a truly memorable experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers, receive damage appraisal documentation, and assess the customers’ needs, such as replacement car requirements, additional requests, and package policy information.
Complete necessary documentation to process repairs; reserve a rental if needed. Confirm deductible status with the customer and verify with insurance.
Receive the vehicle at drop-off; accept keys and signature on the work order. Arrange for a shuttle if required, direct to the rental. If applicable, fill out a rental car agreement.
Follow up on missed appointments and reschedule.
Answer phones, direct and page out calls, update customer vehicle status when requested. Maintain filing records.
Prepare invoicing with any required payments. Prepare the (completion of repair C.O.R.) form and update the customer that the vehicle is ready for pickup. Confirm with the customer any charges.
Attach documentation to the SGI electronic file.
Collect payments and signatures on required documentation.
Prepare next day’s work orders and key tags.
Ensure courtesy cars are prepared for use.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of Reception, Front Desk & Administration experience in the automotive industry
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, while maintaining a positive attitude.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and internet-based applications; accounting & sales software experience would be considered an asset.
