We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. Duties
- Greet visitors and clients professionally at the front desk
- Manage multi-line phone systems and direct calls appropriately
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Handle filing, document organization, and record keeping
- Provide customer support through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Proofread correspondence and documents for accuracy and professionalism
- Support administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, and mailing documents
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a welcoming environment
- Clean dealership
- Licensing duties
Experience
- Demonstrated clerical experience including data entry, filing, and customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
- Strong computer skills with the ability to operate multi-line phone systems effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in proofreading and typing tasks
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential for success in this role
Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour
