Are you passionate about interiors, enjoy connecting with people, and love being part of a creative team? We are looking for a friendly, organized, and design-minded individual to join our showroom as a full-time Customer & Designer Support team member.
Our showroom is a welcoming, inspiring space where customers explore ideas, discover beautiful finishes, and bring their design visions to life. In this role, you will help create a positive experience for every visitor while supporting our interior designers and contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the showroom.
Responsibilities include:
● Welcoming customers and assisting them throughout their showroom visit
● Answering phones and responding to customer inquiries
● Scheduling appointments and managing bookings
● Supporting interior designers with day-to-day projects and administrative tasks
● Creating, preparing, and organizing documents
● Helping maintain an inviting, organized showroom and office
● Assisting with general administrative duties
● Contributing ideas and support to help our team deliver an exceptional customer experience
The ideal candidate will have:
● Strong computer skills
● Excellent communication and customer service skills
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
● The ability to multitask, stay organized, and take initiative
● A genuine interest in interior design and home finishes
● A positive, professional, and outgoing personality
● A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for working as part of a team
Experience with social media is an asset.QuickBooks experience is an asset.
