Bobcat Account Representative
Compensation: Base Salary + Truck Allowance + Uncapped Commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (only 4–6 half-day Saturdays per year)

Earthworks Equipment is a locally owned and operated company with deep roots in Saskatoon. As an authorized dealer for Bobcat, Kubota, and Develon, we proudly serve the construction, agricultural, industrial, and acreage markets.
Due to a recent promotion, we're looking for an experienced, relationship-focused Sales Representative to take over an established customer portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity to build on existing relationships while growing your territory and representing industry-leading equipment with strong support from our Parts and Service teams.
What You'll Do
- Sell Bobcat compact equipment, attachments, warranties, and related solutions.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Visit customer sites to understand their needs and recommend equipment solutions.
- Deliver exceptional after-sales support.
- Prepare quotes, complete sales documentation, and maintain customer information in our CRM.
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in professional sales.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Experience in construction, agriculture, equipment, or a related industry is an asset.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and other business software.
- Post-secondary education or equivalent sales experience.
