HR Administrator - Job Description
Job Summary
The HR Administrator plays a key role in supporting the Human Resources department by handling a variety of administrative and operational tasks. Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), this role assists with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, training coordination, and maintaining HR records. The HR Administrator ensures smooth day-to-day HR operations while upholding company policies and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate the onboarding and orientation process for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support benefits administration, including enrollment and employee inquiries.
- Assist in organizing and tracking employee training and development programs.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Help facilitate employee engagement initiatives and company events.
- Process HR-related documents, such as employment contracts and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- With direction from CHRO, organize and operate Heath and Safety initiatives.
- Support the CHRO with special projects and HR initiatives.

- Experience: HR experience preferred.
- Experience with an HRIS (ERP) preferred.
- Ability to draft reports with data-driven evidence using spreadsheets and word processing tools.
- Education: Certificate, Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
