- Manage the material requirement planning (MRP) process for rep warehouses to replenish inventory levels
- Execute daily action plan to release and fulfill transfer order requirements
- Provide daily transfer order requirements to the warehouse team to ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and timely
- Evaluate and monitor daily transfer order execution, tracking status and completion rate
- Manage the material requirement planning (MRP) process for production orders to replenish inventory levels
- Provide daily production order requirements to the warehouse team to ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and timely
- Evaluate and monitor daily production order execution and completion rate
- Coordinate Sku Setup Requests and BOM Corrections with Product Data Management team (including Experlogix Configuration Models)
- Manage daily KPIs such as Rep Availability, On Time Transfers, On Time Production and Processing Rate for Sku Setup Attend and report metrics updates at Visual Daily Management meeting
- Attend and report metrics updates at Visual Daily Management meeting
- Weekly review of availability misses and stock outs to determine recovery and root cause.
- Support special projects on inventory cleanup and over stock as needed
- Oversee Outside Service Process (OSP) in collaboration with the warehouse team including vendor relationships/negotiations
- Perform a variety of other related tasks and duties as assigned
- Postsecondary education in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 3 years inventory experience in a warehouse/distribution center or similar operation
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally within team and cross-functionally
- Experience with computer business systems, such as Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP
- Strong communication, data entry, and organization skills
