Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Esthetician/Receptionist to join our beauty and wellness team. This dual-role position offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional guest services while delivering expert skincare and beauty treatments. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for helping clients look and feel their best, along with strong communication and customer service skills. Experience in skincare, massage, body waxing, nail care, eyelash extensions, is highly desirable. This role involves managing front desk operations, scheduling appointments, and promoting our products and services to enhance guest satisfaction.
Duties
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and ensure a welcoming environment
- Schedule appointments efficiently using our booking system
- Perform esthetics services such as facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and nail care
- Provide product demos and recommend retail products tailored to client needs
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in treatment rooms and common areas
- Manage front desk responsibilities including answering phones, checking clients in/out, and handling payments
- Upsell services and retail products to maximize client satisfaction and revenue
- Assist with guest services by addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience
- Conduct consultations to understand client goals and recommend appropriate treatments
- Educate clients on skincare routines and product usage for continued results
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor

- Knowledge of sanitation standards within the beauty industry
