Looking to hire experienced flat roofers.
Company in fast expansion, lots of room for advancement.
Compensation package
- Rate per hour as per experience. Competitive with industry standards.
- 6% Vacation paid on top of wage.
- Overtime after 44 hours.
- Benefits after 3 months
- Paid biweekly – direct deposit
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 3 years of roofing experience
- Experience with flat roofing systems including SBS, TPO, EPDM
- Reliable transportation to get to and from job sites
- PPE and basic tools required
- A strong work ethic and commitment to quality
- Ability to handle and lift heavy loads work at heights in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet.
- Ability to work at heights and in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with others.
- Ability to learn and follow company safety policies.
- Ability to work on weekends and/or Holidays, as needed.
- Able to travel out of town.
