This role is built for someone who's already mechanically capable and ready to take on real responsibility right away. As an Automotive Install Tech, you'll be responsible for:
- Routing electrical wiring harnesses, protective looms, fluid hoses, and hydronic heating lines safely and securely
- Performing mechanical and suspension upgrades on the Sprinter platform, such as lift kits, performance brakes, and similar work.
- Prep the van shell by cutting and installing windows, roof fans, AC units, insulation, and subfloor installations
- Reading and executing shop drawings, wiring schematics, and plumbing layouts
- Pre-fabricating harnesses, staging components, and prepping shared hardware.

- This isn't an entry-level position, and it's not intended for someone currently in a journeyman program or in-school apprenticeship
- Comfortable reading engineering drawings and shop documentation
- Physically capable of automotive and structural install work
- Reliable and detail-oriented, with consistency and safety in mind across every build
- Team-oriented, coachable, and easy to work with
