Summary
We are seeking experienced Smart Serve Banquet Servers to join our dedicated team at Banquet Hall in Milton. This role is vital in delivering exceptional service that aligns with our commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction. The position is based in Milton, Ontario.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests at various events with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Ensure all food and beverage service meets quality standards.
- Set up banquet halls according to event specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless event experiences.
- Adhere to food safety and handling regulations.
- Assist in packing up after events and ensuring all equipment is properly stored.
- Provide exceptional guest service that reflects our company's values.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant or banquet service.
- Valid Smart Serve certification.
- Excellent guest service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Previous hospitality or hotel experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
