The Role
We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, team performance, and service standards. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering a consistent guest experience while supporting and developing a strong team.
What You’ll Do
- Support and maintain a high standard of guest experience across all shifts
- Coach and develop Barista / Front of House staff and Shift Supervisors
- Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and team development
- Monitor service flow, labour coverage, and step in during peak periods
- Ensure accuracy, speed of service, and smooth daily operations
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation standards
- Ensure food safety and health standards are consistently followed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in hospitality, café, or retail (leadership experience preferred)
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to stay organized and perform in a fast-paced environment
- High standard for customer service and attention to detail
- Flexible availability, including weekends

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
