HVAC Technician (G2 Required)

RB Heating ClimateCare is hiring a HVAC Technician to join our team.
We are not looking for the most experienced person—we are looking for the right person.
If you are newly licensed, early in your career, or just out of school with your G2, this is a chance to get into a stable, year-round HVAC career with a company that will actually train you properly.
We’ve been serving the Kemptville area for over 30 years. We are busy year-round and do not lay people off seasonally.
This Job Is For Someone Who:
- Has a valid G2 gas license (required)
- Wants to build a long-term HVAC career
- Has a strong work ethic and shows up ready to work
- Is willing to learn on their own time, not just during work hours
- Has a positive attitude and is easy to work with
- Can take direction, be coached, and improve over time
- May have little or no field experience (we will train the right person)

Requirements
- Valid G2 Gas Technician license (required)
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable

Location
Kemptville, ON — easy access from Barrhaven (20 min) and Kanata (25 min) with no city traffic
Pay: $23.50-$35.00 per hour
