Men In Kilts Calgary is looking for a friendly, motivated person to meet with customers, prepare quotes, and help grow our residential and commercial business.
This is not a desk-only sales position. You will spend much of your day driving to properties, speaking with customers, assessing the work they need, and preparing quotes for services such as window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, snow removal, carpet cleaning and holiday lighting.
You do not need to be a high-pressure salesperson. We are looking for someone who communicates well, follows up consistently, stays organized, and is comfortable asking for the business.
What you’ll do
- Visit residential and commercial properties to assess potential work.
- Measure, photograph, and gather the information needed to prepare accurate quotes.
- Respond to customers who have contacted us requesting an estimate.
- Follow up on outstanding quotes and help customers make booking decisions.
- Look for new opportunities through networking, property visits, referrals, and local outreach.
- Build relationships with property managers, businesses, and homeowners.
- Keep accurate notes and manage your opportunities in our customer-management system.
- Work with our operations team to ensure sold jobs can be completed successfully.
What we’re looking for
- A confident and friendly communicator.
- Someone comfortable meeting new people and starting conversations.
- Strong organization and follow-up skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage your day.
- Basic computer and smartphone skills.
- A valid driver’s licence and clean driving record.
- Previous experience in sales, estimating, customer service, property services, construction, or a similar field is an asset—but we are willing to train the right person.
What we offer
- Starting salary of $40,000–$45,000, depending on experience.
