Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Movers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting items, assisting with loading and unloading, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires physical strength, excellent communication skills, and a professional attitude to provide top-notch service during moving operations. Prior experience in warehouse operations, commercial driving, or forklift operation is a plus. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on safety and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Safely lift, carry, and move furniture, boxes, and other items during residential or commercial moves
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while ensuring the safety of all items and personnel
- Assist with packing, wrapping, and securing items for transport
- Communicate effectively with customers to address concerns and provide excellent service
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the moving process
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or damage.
Requirements
- Prior experience in moving, warehouse operations, or related fields preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly (up to 50 pounds or more)
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience is a must
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact professionally with customers
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites and flexibility to work on different schedules as needed
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic.
Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
