We are seeking an energetic, responsible Administrative Assistant with a strong work ethic to join our clients team. This role is essential in supporting daily office operations, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining efficient administrative workflows.

Pay: $18.00/hr
Key Responsibilities
Customer & Order Management:
- Process and ensure the accuracy of all customer orders and documentation.
- Set up, organize, and maintain all customer files.
- Collect and process customer payments (A/P and A/R assistance).
Administrative & Office Support:
- Provide outstanding customer service by quickly assessing, researching, and responding to all incoming customer correspondence (phone, email, voicemail).
- Maintain a neat, clean, and organized office environment.
- Manage and update office policies and procedures.
- Conduct inventory and manage office supplies.
Team & Operational Support:
- Demonstrate punctuality and a willingness to work until all tasks are complete.
- Collaborate with the team and assist with other duties, including tasks within the warehouse.
