Responsibilities:
- Operate drilling equipment and oversee daily drilling operations
- Lead and supervise rig crews to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
- Conduct pre-job meetings and participate in safety programs and inspections
- Ensure equipment is operated and maintained according to company standards
- Complete required reports, logs, and operational documentation
- Train, mentor, and develop crew members
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Driller is required.
- Valid and current safety certifications, including (H2S Alive, CSO, TDG, WHMIS, Standard First Aid Level C, Fall Protection, Rig Rescue, Confined Space Rescue, and First Line Well Control)
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
- Proven commitment to safety and operational excellence.
- Ability to lead a crew and make sound decisions under pressure.
