Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Foreman to lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met efficiently and safely

- Coordinate daily work schedules, material deliveries, and equipment usage to optimize productivity
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections to uphold OSHA standards and prevent accidents
- Monitor project progress, quality control measures, and adherence to specifications using construction management software
- Manage project budgets by tracking costs, approving expenditures, and implementing cost-saving strategies
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve issues promptly and maintain clear communication
Skills
- Proven supervising experience in commercial or residential construction environments
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating techniques
- Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore or Fieldwire
- Expertise in quality control procedures to ensure work meets industry standards
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and cost management strategies
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
