About the Role
Signalix is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associates to join our Freedom Mobile team in Scarborough. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers, building relationships, and helping people find the right wireless products and services to fit their needs.
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and supporting daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a positive in-store experience.
- Assist customers with wireless activations, upgrades, account changes, and device purchases.
- Recommend products, accessories, and services based on customer needs.
- Explain Freedom Mobile plans, promotions, and device features with confidence.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Maintain store presentation, merchandising standards, and cleanliness.
- Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and product organization.
- Handle customer questions and concerns professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
What We're Looking For
- Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is an asset.
- Wireless industry experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales expectations.
- Comfortable learning new technology and mobile products.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
