Overview
As a Customer Acquisition Representative, your primary focus will be generating new business and building relationships with decision-makers in your assigned territory.
This is a field-based role involving face-to-face interaction with business owners. You’ll be responsible for opening conversations, identifying needs, and positioning solutions that create real value.
Key Responsibilities
● Engage with local businesses and decision-makers directly
● Initiate conversations and generate new client opportunities
● Present business supply and procurement solutions clearly and confidently
● Build and maintain strong client relationships
● Track daily activity and performance metrics
● Work toward weekly targets and advancement goals
What We’re Looking For
● Minimum 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience
● Strong communication skills
● Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
● High level of professionalism and accountability
Requirements
● Valid driver’s license
● Access to a vehicle
● Willingness to travel within your assigned territory
●Full-time availability (Monday to Friday)
● Able to commute to or relocate to North York, ON
