No sales background required. We build your skills from the ground up so you're closing sales with confidence, not just going through the motions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Approach and engage consumers on-site, sparking conversations that lead somewhere
- Uncover what a customer actually needs and match them with the right product
- Guide prospects from first hello through to a completed sale
- Handle objections and questions with confidence and professionalism
- Track your daily activity and results accurately
- Stay sharp on product knowledge, promotions, and campaign details
- Bring energy and consistency to a fast-paced, team-based environment
