- Administer medications, perform procedures, and oversee pain management strategies to ensure effective patient care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient treatment, including specialists in pediatrics, home care, and other fields as needed.
- Document all clinical interactions accurately within electronic health record systems such as Epic or Cerner, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collect and analyze patient data to monitor progress, adjust treatments, and improve overall care quality.
- Provide patient education on health maintenance, medication usage, and preventive measures to promote long-term wellness.
Requirements
- Proven hospital experience with a strong background in acute care settings.
- Experience in research or clinical studies is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated expertise in pain management and medication administration.
- Experience working with pediatric patients and providing home care services is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with medical office procedures, data collection techniques, and electronic health records systems such as Epic or Cerner.
- Excellent understanding of medical terminology combined with strong communication skills for effective patient care delivery.
- Ability to handle fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
