Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, accurate, world-class customer service
- Complete multiple line auto/home/financial service transactions
- Customer Service – responding to inquiries around insurance coverages, billing, problem solving, policy changes for the customer
- Support and develop Agency operations through client discussions and sales activities
Requirements:
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communications skills, written and verbal
- Highly organized and motivated
- Property & Casualty License (General Level 1) is preferred (must be willing to obtain)
- Second Language Preferred
