About the Role
We are seeking a customer-focused and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team in a full-time hybrid role. This is a temporary position for a 6-month contract. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers and solving problems.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be one of the first points of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service through phone, email, and live chat interactions. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customers receive accurate information and timely solutions.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide product information, order updates, and general assistance to customers.
- Redirect inquiries to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Entering orders on behalf of customers through our e-commerce check-out if needed
- Work closely with internal teams to obtain pricing, quotes, product availability, and technical information.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members and share knowledge in the ever-evolving technology industry.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and internal processes.
- Contribute to a positive team environment where everyone supports one another.
What We're Looking For
You are someone who:
- Has previous customer service, call centre, retail, or administrative experience (preferred).
- Has experience in the technology industry or an interest in technology products (considered as an asset).
- Has a positive attitude and genuinely enjoys helping people.
- Thrives in a team environment and celebrates team success.
- Demonstrates reliability, punctuality, and strong attendance.
- Is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys problem-solving.
- Are comfortable learning new technologies and systems.
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Is bilingual in English and French (considered a strong asset).
