Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the facility’s operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and energetic environment for members and staff.
- Drive membership sales and promote retention strategies with innovative community engagement.
- Manage financial budgets, including payroll, equipment procurement, and facility maintenance.
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of fitness professionals to achieve personal and club targets.
- Oversee the personal training program, ensuring clients receive high-quality coaching and support.
- Cultivate a supportive culture that upholds our company values and vision.
- Club cleanliness and upkeep. We have a high standard for gym cleanliness and as such cleaning will be part of the roll.
- Social media management and engaging with members through various social platforms.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience, preferably in the fitness, service, or hospitality industry.
- Strong sales background with the ability to motivate others to achieve sales goals is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adept at budget management and reporting.
- Hospitality experience is an asset.
- CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
- A passion for health, fitness, and changing lives.

Hours:
Office hours are 10am - 8pm Monday - Thursday and 10am - 4pm Friday-Sunday, Manager schedule will fall within these hours primarily on weekdays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
