About the Role
We are looking for a part-time Retail Outreach Coordinator based in Toronto to help introduce Northern Icons to local retail stores.
This is a flexible, field-based role. You will visit gift shops, boutique stores, museum shops, and tourism retailers across Toronto to introduce our products, build relationships, and help grow our retail network.
This role is great for someone who enjoys meeting people, exploring the city, and working independently.
Responsibilities
- Visit retail stores across Toronto
- Introduce Northern Icons products and brand
- Speak with store owners and managers
- Identify potential wholesale opportunities
- Collect store and contact information
- Share market feedback with our team
- Help support local events or trade shows when needed
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with people in person
- Self-motivated and organized
- Able to work independently
- Interest in retail, tourism, lifestyle brands, or local culture
- Previous retail, sales, customer service, or outreach experience is an asset
- Must be based in Toronto or the GTA
