Newton’s Grove School is seeking an exceptional and passionate Lead Teacher to join our growing school community beginning August 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and collaborative educator to help shape and grow our Etobicoke Primary Campus while playing a key role in fostering a warm, engaging, and student-centered learning environment.
The successful candidate will teach a primary classroom (Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 3 range) while also serving as a Lead Teacher within the campus community.

Responsibilities include:
- Teaching and managing a primary classroom program (Pre-K–Grade 3 range)
- Creating a warm, engaging, and student-centered classroom environment
- Supporting the day-to-day leadership and growth of the campus
- Collaborating closely with administration and colleagues on programming, initiatives, and school culture
- Supporting and mentoring team members where appropriate
- Building strong partnerships and communication with families
- Helping foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing school environment
- Contributing to the continued growth, vision, and development of the Etobicoke Primary Campus
