About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this varied role, you will support day-to-day office operations across multiple teams, handling everything from correspondence and data entry to office logistics and special projects. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the CEO with ad hoc tasks as needed
- Assist in responding to emails and telephone inquiries
- Order and maintain office supplies inventory
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team
- Coordinate maintenance requests for the office and offsite locations
- Troubleshoot and liaise with external service providers to resolve issues
- Research products, services, and vendors as needed
- Database management including data entry
- Some bookkeeping including invoicing and entering employee expenses into the accounting system
- Complete special projects assigned by various teams across the organization
- Assist in implementation of new ERP system
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent aptitude and ability for troubleshooting and maintaining software and technology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- English fluency required; French is an asset but not required
