We are seeking an experience and career-oriented Restaurant Manager to assist with overseeing daily operations of our fine dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in upscale dining environments, exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for creating stellar guest experiences. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, adhering to health policy standards, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, controlling inventory, hiring and training new staff.
Past experience with Italian cuisine and hospitality is considered a strong asset. We are offering an excellent compensation package including bonuses as well as plenty of opportunity for growth within our company.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Manage staff including hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary to maintain stock.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure quality food preparation and presentation.
- Utilize POS systems for tracking sales and managing financial transactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences.
- Familiarity with Silverware POS system
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Experience in interviewing and training staff members is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
