Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Grader Operator/Truck Driver to join our team. This dual-role position requires proficiency in grading; oilfield lease maintenance in the Vermilion area . The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a background in oilfield.
Responsibilities
- Operate grader equipment to perform lease pad and road maintenance.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment.
- Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and team members.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating grader equipment (including Caterpillar graders) and other heavy machinery such as excavators, loaders, backhoes, and bulldozers.
- Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving abstract as well as the ability to operate dozers, excavators, loaders, backhoe an asset.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy machinery operation on oilfield sites.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.
- Experience with belly dumps, end dumps as well as truck and pup would be desired.
- Pre employment Drug and Alcohol screening required.

Pay: $28.00-$38.00 per hour
