Position
We are currently looking for a Call Centre Representative for our Toronto, ON location. This position will be engaging with the external clients in a professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Performs administrative tasks to support the program.
- Answering telephone inquiries and promoting the alcohol interlock program’s products and services.
- Candidates must be willing to provide after hours on call support as required.
- Schedule and receive payment against client programs for installation, monitor, reset, early service, removal and other necessary appointments.
- Research, audit and resolve assigned service center inventories and software compliance, usage.
- Trouble shoot problems and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Familiarize with standard concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Locate and retrieve client records as requested.
- Research and resolve complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/ Education:
- 1-3 years experience in a call center environment preferably.
- Strong Inter-Personal Skills to manage both customer and employees.
- Must be capable of obtaining and maintaining a clean Criminal Records Search.
- Familiar with commonly used software including Microsoft Excel, Word, Email, Internet Browsers.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
On-Site Training Requirements:
Health & Safety, Quality, Environmental,
Familiarize with all government contractual requirements, policies and procedures, software used for client programs, Service Center Delivery Standards, documented work Instructions.
