The position:
We’re in the business of selling high-quality seafood, so it is essential that the right products are being selected, packed and delivered to our customers on time. The person in this position would be responsible for:
· Pick various merchandise from bins/shelves and ensure orders are picked, packed and ready for delivery to our customers;
· Weigh, inspect and keep packaging records
· Package orders and attach labels as appropriate.
· Ensure inventory control by conducting regular inventory counts and maintaining electronic administration, automated storage and retrieval systems.
· Other duties as required
This position is full-time and will work Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Work Days to be set by Supervisor.

Please note that the person in this position will be working in a warehouse environment where they would be in and out of a cooler (2 to -4 degrees) and regularly in and out of a freezer (-23 degrees). This person would also need to perform general physical activities in a warehouse, cooler and freezer, unloading, sorting and moving products and materials manually (up to 70 lbs), standing for extended periods, and using material handling equipment.
Previous warehouse experience is considered an asset.
