Corus Entertainment is seeking an Application Support Specialist to provide primary and secondary support for business applications across on-premises and cloud environments.
Reporting to the Manager, Business Systems, you will troubleshoot and resolve issues, coordinate testing and system changes, maintain documentation, and support business-critical applications.You will take ownership of your application portfolio by developing a strong understanding of system functionality, integrations, business processes, and operational impact.
You'll help ensure applications remain secure, stable, and current through access administration, maintenance activities, audits, and application upgrades, while following Corus' IT General Controls and ITIL/ITSM best practices.
Working closely with business stakeholders and technology teams, you will leverage tools such as Power BI and Excel to provide operational insights and support informed decision-making.

This is a hybrid role based at Corus Quay, with an expectation to work onsite one to two days per week, or as required based on business and team needs.
