Job Overview
We are seeking dynamic and experienced Retail Sales Leads to join our new COBS Bread location. This role is vital in driving sales, proper merchandising, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, retail experience, and the ability to have Fun in a Fast paced environment. As part of the retail team, you will play a key role in merchandising, and ensuring the store meets its sales goals while providing a welcoming high energy environment for our customers.
Duties
- Provide an exceptional customer experience that creates repeat business and relationships.
- Be a brand and product ambassador to provide knowledge and benefits of our products.
- Effective merchandising to entice sales and grow Spend per Transaction.
- Work as a team in a clean and tidy environment.
Requirements
- Experience in retail sales environment.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—along with phone etiquette proficiency.
- Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities accurately and responsibly
- Strong organizational skills with effective time management capabilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while demonstrating leadership qualities
