Refrigeration Labourer (Full-Time)
Location: Surrey, BC
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Refrigeration Labourer to join our growing team. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities to learn the refrigeration trade and grow within the company.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist refrigeration technicians with installation and service work.
- Load, unload, and transport refrigeration equipment, tools, and materials.
- Perform heavy physical labour on residential and commercial job sites.
- Lift, carry, and move equipment and materials safely.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Follow all company safety procedures and WorkSafeBC requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Permanent Resident or legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Physically fit and able to perform heavy manual labour throughout the workday.
- Comfortable lifting and carrying heavy materials (up to approximately 50 lb (23 kg) on a regular basis, with heavier items moved using team lifting or mechanical equipment).
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work outdoors and in various weather conditions.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence is an asset.
- Previous construction, HVAC, or refrigeration experience is an asset but not required.
