Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our vibrant Cakecrew in NE Calgary. In this role, you will be essential in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting our mission to create memorable moments through our delicious products.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders both in person and over the phone.
- Manage data entry related to customer orders and inquiries.
- Provide information about our products and services, including custom cake options.
- Upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.
- Maintain effective communication with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure phone etiquette standards are consistently met.
- Support the team in creating a welcoming environment for all customers.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work in-person at our NE Calgary bakery location (remote customer service is NOT applicable for this position and remote applicants need not apply).
- Proven experience in customer service or retail environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Friendly, energetic, and creative personality.
- Knowledge of upselling techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- Previous experience in a bakery or food service industry is advantageous.
