About the Role
We're looking for a Bilingual Technical Support Specialist to join our team. You'll be the frontline support for our customers and field technicians, troubleshooting EV charging equipment, networking issues, and power management systems. This role requires strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills in both English and French, and the ability to work through complex problems methodically.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical support to customers, site operators, and field technicians via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot EV charger connectivity issues, including OCPP communication, network configuration, and power management faults
- Guide customers through charger operation, mobile app usage, and account setup
- Escalate hardware failures and coordinate with field service teams for on-site repairs
- Document issues and resolutions in our support system (Zoho Desk)
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and support documentation in both English and French
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours critical support
Requirements
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
- 2+ years of experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or a related field
- Comfortable troubleshooting networking concepts (IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, WiFi, cellular connectivity)
- Experience with ticketing systems and CRM tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with EV charging equipment or OCPP protocol
- Background in electrical systems or industrial equipment
- Familiarity with IoT devices and mesh networking
- Experience with Zoho products (Desk, CRM)

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
