What You’ll DoRelationship Building & Territory Growth
- Connect with Purpose: Build and maintain trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals, clinical facilities, organizations, and clients across your territory.
- Represent the Brand: Act as the face of Healthcare Solutions by actively participating in industry trade shows, local product launches, and community events.
- Consultative Selling: Identify new business opportunities and execute strategic sales plans to consistently meet or exceed your regional growth targets.
Expert Demonstrations & Client Navigation
- Become a Product Expert: Gain deep, technical knowledge of our industry-leading mobility aids and daily living solutions.
- Deliver Value: Conduct tailored product presentations and live equipment demonstrations that clearly showcase features and life-changing benefits.
- Navigate Funding: Act as a trusted adviser to help clients and healthcare teams easily navigate complex government funding programs, including the Alberta Aids to Daily Living (AADL) Program.
Technology & Collaboration
- Own Your Data: Maintain immaculate records of your sales pipeline, daily activities, leads, and client interactions using our CRM and ERP infrastructure (HubSpot, Oracle NetSuite).
- Collaborate Daily: Work closely with cross-functional team members and management to share market insights, refine territory strategies, and foster a winning team culture.

Skills & Requirements
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean, insurable driving abstract (Required).
- Willingness to travel frequently within the province, including occasional overnight stays.
- High comfort level adopting new technology and software suites (HubSpot, NetSuite, Google, and Microsoft Suites).
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a relevant social/medical science field is an asset (but not required).
- Previous sales experience is a great asset, but your baseline communication style, work ethic, and raw potential matter most.
