Experience in the following will be considered an asset:·
- Experience leading crews on modular construction, e-house fabrication, and industrial construction projects.
- Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems, motor controls, instrumentation, and power distribution.
- Strong ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, one-line diagrams, and project schedules to determine scope, manpower, material, and execution requirements.
- Experience working in operating facilities and brownfield environments is considered an asset.
- Strong knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code and applicable safety regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to plan work activities and manage manpower in alignment with schedule and labour budgets.
- Strong conflict resolution and team-building skills.
- Experience coordinating multiple trades and managing site activities to maintain project schedules.
- Ability to drive accountability and maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Ability to identify project risks and implement proactive solutions.
- Demonstrated commitment to incident prevention and hazard identification
Qualifications and Skills will be considered an asset:
- Minimum 5 years of industrial electrical experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role in the industrial industry.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Able to produce quality documentation in a timely and accurate manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Entrepreneurial work ethic
- Physically able to lift a minimum of 35lbs
- Valid Alberta driver's license and willingness to travel
- LSE, H2S Alive, and Standard First Aid/CPR certifications are considered assets
