About Saunacore
Saunacore is a Canadian sauna manufacturer specializing in custom saunas, sauna heaters, steam systems, and premium wellness spaces. We are looking for a creative freelance videographer and video editor to help us capture, edit, and produce engaging video content for our social media platforms and YouTube channel.This role is ideal for someone who understands short-form social media content, enjoys filming real projects, and can turn behind-the-scenes footage, tutorials, consultations, and finished installations into high-quality, engaging videos.
Role Overview
We are hiring a freelance videographer and video editor to work closely with our Marketing Coordinator to film and edit content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.This position will include one main content filming day per month, along with additional scheduled on-site filming dates as needed throughout the month. Filming may take place at our Bolton, Ontario warehouse, GTA job sites, finished sauna projects, installations, and custom consultation appointments. Editing can be completed remotely.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Filming video content on-site at the Saunacore warehouse in Bolton, Ontario
- Filming content at custom sauna consultations, finished projects, and installation sites throughout the GTA
- Working with the sauna manufacturing team to capture tutorial-style and educational content
- Collaborating with the custom sales team to film consultations, project walkthroughs, and client-focused content
- Working closely with the Marketing Coordinator to bring video ideas, scripts, and content plans to life
- Editing short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
- Creating long-form YouTube videos, including videos with AI voiceovers
- Formatting videos properly for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms
- Organizing footage and delivering edited content on schedule
- Helping suggest creative video angles, hooks, and storytelling ideas when needed
Requirements
Applicants must have:
- At least 1 year of videography and video editing experience
- Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Strong understanding of social media video formats, trends, hooks, and pacing
- Ability to film on-site in Bolton, Ontario and at various GTA locations when scheduled
- Ability to edit remotely and meet deadlines
- Experience editing both short-form and long-form video content
- Comfort working in warehouse, manufacturing, construction, and client project environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Own camera, audio, and editing equipment preferred
- Must have a valid G driver's license and a vehicle for on-site filming
Portfolio RequirementApplicants must provide at least one of the following:
- A video portfolio
- A website link
- Links to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or other social media accounts they have created content for
Applications without a portfolio or relevant work samples may not be considered.
Compensation
This is a freelance contract position paying $1,000 per month.The monthly rate includes one main content day, additional scheduled filming dates as needed, and remote video editing throughout the month.
Schedule
This is a flexible freelance role. Filming dates will be scheduled in advance based on content needs, warehouse availability, project timelines, consultations, and installations.Remote editing can be completed on your own schedule, as long as agreed deadlines are met.

The ideal candidate is creative, reliable, organized, and understands how to create video content that performs well on social media. You should be comfortable filming in a manufacturing environment, capturing real project footage, and turning raw content into polished videos that educate, inspire, and promote the Saunacore brand.
