The Role
As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of Critter Hero. Your mission is to connect with homeowners and businesses to provide effective, humane, and reliable solutions for their wildlife challenges. This is a role for a true "closer" who thrives in a performance-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential residential and commercial clients.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct on-site inspections to assess client needs and recommend tailored Critter Hero solutions.
- CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records of all leads, communications, and deals. Consistent and accurate use of our CRM is a mandatory requirement for this role.
- Pipeline Management: Track all sales activities, follow up on leads diligently, and close contracts.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Critter Hero at local events and trade shows.
What We’re Looking For

- Tech Savvy: You are comfortable with digital tools and understand that data integrity in our CRM is the backbone of our sales process.
- Experience: 1–3 years of sales experience (field sales or home services experience is preferred).
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in wildlife control or pest management is a significant asset, but it is not required—we are happy to train the right person with a killer sales instinct.
- Reliability: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.

Pay: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
