Blue Pearl Mortgage Group is growing, and we’re looking for ambitious, sales-driven Mortgage Brokers and Mortgage Agents to join our team.

What You’ll Do
- Connect with prospective clients and understand their financing needs
- Manage and convert company-provided leads
- Complete mortgage applications and collect documentation
- Recommend suitable mortgage solutions
- Maintain consistent client follow-up
- Work with lenders, underwriters, and internal teams
- Manage your pipeline from application through funding
- Deliver an exceptional client experience
Who We’re Looking For
- Licensed Mortgage Broker/ Sub Mortgage Broker or currently working toward licensing
- Experience in mortgages, banking, financial services, sales, or business development
- Strong sales and relationship-building skills
- Goal-oriented and motivated by results
- Excellent communication and follow-up
- Organized, coachable, and accountable
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Mortgage experience is an asset, but strong sales experience and drive matter too.
Compensation
This is a commission-based opportunity with compensation based on experience, demonstrated ability, and overall qualifications.
