Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments using forklifts, reach trucks, or manual methods to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols
- Manage inventory using warehouse management systems in place to track stock levels and order status
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, ensuring accuracy in order picking and packaging procedures
- Support shipping & receiving activities by verifying shipments against documentation and recording all inbound/outbound transactions
- Conduct regular stock counts, audits, and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution processes and improve overall workflow efficiency
Requirements
- Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is highly preferred
- Valid forklift certification and experience operating reach trucks are strongly desired
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for order picking, inventory counts, and shipment documentation
- Familiarity with e-commerce fulfillment processes, including packaging and order picker tasks
- Strong physical stamina to load & unload shipments, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks safely
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory management
