Job Summary
We are looking for motivated, hard-working individuals to join our growing crew as Labourers. This is a hands-on, outdoor role supporting construction and utility work including excavation, site preparation, and underground infrastructure.
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up ready to contribute every day, and is looking to build a long-term career in the trades. For the right candidate, this role can lead directly into a Plumbing Apprenticeship.
Must have Traffic Control/Spotter Training
Responsibilities
- Assist with construction, renovation, or maintenance tasks as directed by supervisors
- Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment on-site
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery safely and correctly
- Prepare work sites by cleaning and setting up necessary materials or equipment
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment
- Support team members in completing tasks efficiently and accurately
- Perform general labor duties including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the project duration
Skill
► Assist with excavation, trenching, backfilling, and site cleanup
► Set up, maintain, and take down traffic control zones in accordance with safety standards
► Perform spotting duties for equipment operators, trucks, and reversing vehicles on site
► Operate hand tools, compactors, and other light equipment as directed
► Follow all site safety plans, WHMIS requirements, and company procedures
► Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
► Support the crew and lead hands as needed throughout the workday
► Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area at all times

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
