Bowlarama Spryfield is looking for a friendly and reliable team member to join our team.
Applicants must be 19 years of age or older.
This is a customer service position in a fun environment. Previous bowling experience is not required and training will be provided.
What You’ll Do
- Greet guests and provide friendly customer service
- Help customers with bowling reservations, lane setup and bowling shoes
- Prepare and process food orders
- Process payments using our point of sale system
- Assist customers in the arcade.
- Answer customer questions and phone calls
- Assist guests when they need help at their lane
- Help with birthday parties, groups and special events
- Keep bowling and customer areas clean and organized
- Work with the team to make sure guests have a great experience.
What we are looking for:
- Friendly and comfortable working with customers
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work in a busy environment
- Willing to learn our bowling and point of sale systems
- Available for day, evening and weekend shifts
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Previous customer service experience is an asset but is not required.
Schedule: evenings and weekends
Pay: From $16.75 per hour
