Position Overview
We are seeking a Crew Bus Driver based in the Prince George area for steady Monday–Friday work. This role involves transporting workers to and from mine sites using crew buses on established routes.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate crew buses on scheduled routes
- Transport passengers to and from site while following all traffic laws and site protocols
- Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
- Maintain a clean and tidy vehicle
- Assist with loading and securing passenger luggage to ensure safe transport
- Provide safety briefings to passengers as required by company and site procedures
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, passengers, and other drivers
- Report delays, mechanical issues, or incidents promptly
- Ensure passenger safety during boarding, travel, and emergencies
- Use two‑way radio and communication devices appropriately
Requirements
- Class 1 or Class 2 licence with air brake endorsement
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Experience operating crew buses or similar commercial vehicles
- Ability to drive in winter conditions and on forestry/industrial roads
- Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test
- Ability to pass a criminal record check
- Comfortable using basic technology and adapting to new procedures
- Strong commitment to safety and customer service
Work Conditions
- Monday–Friday schedule
- 8–10 hour shifts
- No fly‑in/fly‑out options
